My husband and I took a "Nile Extravaganza" tour that began in Cairo and ended in Abu Simbel. Heba and Hemat were instrumental in planning a fully customized trip that became one of our most memorable experiences in Egypt. To this day, Hemat remains one of the most knowledgeable guides I have ever toured with. Her passion for Egyptian history is exceptional, and her depth of knowledge is truly impressive. Heba was consistently accommodating and highly professional throughout the planning process. She was genuinely committed to ensuring we had a first-class experience, and her customer service was outstanding. She is also an accomplished guide in her own right, which made the experience even more seamless and enriching. We have such fond memories of our trip and of both Hemat and Heba.
